Wiki Coding for Abbreviated Breast MRI

How would you code an Abbreviated Breast MRI? Would you use the unlisted code 76498 with 0159T? or something else? As it is Abbreviated, codes 77058 & 77059 would not be appropriate, correct? See the link for more info:
