Wiki coding for amniotic placenta dry biograft skin substitute

I have a podiatrist that performed a skin graft using an amniotic placenta dry biograft skin substitute. The rep from Stryker said to bill using Q4100 and C5275 for it.
Has anyone else billed for this before? Does anyone know if Medicare will cover this type of skin substitute?
