Coding for Bravo probe placement/EGD

When coding for the Bravo probe placement in the OR, is the EGD coded as well....43235/91035,26

I know some insurance companies do not want to pay for the EGD unless stated in the OP note it was medically necessary

I would appreciate your thoughts
