Hello, I am wondering if anyone has some insight on what the appropriate ICD 10 code would be in this situation. We have a patient who has significant breast asymmetry. This is not at all related to breast cancer or mastectomy, this is naturally how the patient developed. There is no other given reason or underlying condition. What would be the appropriate ICD 10 code to use in this situation?
(The N65 codes specifically speak to asymmetry of reconstructed breast, which this is not.)

Hello either N64.89 or Q83.8 congenital.
I would lean towards the N code if this just developed over time like due to having a baby or weight gain/loss.

N64.89 (Other specified disorders of breast) would be the correct code here if this is not congenital. I ran this through an encoder and this is what I get.
