Good Morning,
My question is when linking CKD,CHF,Hypertension I do understand it is always linked unless otherwise specified by doctor. I want to make sure if doctor has said hypertension associated with diabetes or diabetes with stage 2 CKD that they would still be linked. Any advice would be great I have read and reread guidelines and need to make sure I code it correctly.
