When coding pushes in the ER ie 96374, 96375, 96376 if you have multiple pushes of different meds at the same time are they able to be coded?
For example a patient is given pushes of Dilaudid, zofran both at 15:31. Documentation states 96375 is for sequential drugs but there is nothing stating time.
