I am looking for some help on how to bill for J1000, we currently have a patient who is receiving 12.5 mg and we bill in units, do we just bill 2 for the J1000 and have to eat the rest? The next code is J1020, but that is for 20 mg and book does not say UP TO 20 mg. Any help would be appreciated.
