How Would I Code For The Placement Of A Titanium Mesh Cage Filled With Powered Cancellous And Cortical Bone Inserted Into Calcaneal Osteotomy.
 
Assuming the osteotomy was done in the same session (28300), according to CCI edits, prep and insertion of synthetic bone substitutes is included in this procedure.
