Can anyone help with coding guidelines and documentation to support billing for IV medications and oral medications given during a vascular angiogram and angiograms related to AV shunts? I am new to coding for the diagnostic and interventions dealing with fistulas and grafts for dialysis patients and am wondering if insurance will reimburse for the drugs used during these procedures (36901-36906),
