Hello,
I am new to code PETs and the biggest question for me is how to code the following example
Clinical: 81Y M for restaging renal cancer (189)
Impression: 1)stable LL mass lesion, conderning for metastasis
2) resolution for prior rib lesion, but new osseus abnormalities, suspect metastases.
the addtional CT states: status post left nephrectomy and adrenalectomy, no evidence of recurrent tumor in the surgical site.....
