Coding for Off hour call outs for emergencies

If the Doctor is called out at night for a hospital consult or a trauma, is there a certain modifier that should be used with the E and M codes, or is there a special set of codes that should be used instead? For example: If he gets called out for a trach, or called for a trauma facial fractures. I am new at coding and learning ENT Coding. Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
Look in the CPT book for the additional codes for on call required by the facility or the codes in the E&M section for stand by services. One of those should fit.
