Wiki Coding for pain management - how do I code for drug screening

I'm new at coding for pain management and for every encounter most of the patient get drug screening now my question is do I use ICD-10 code Z79.891 and Z51.81 with 80307 for every patient that give sample?
For example: Patient is here for follow up, chief complaint is chronic low back pain and she gives out sample " Do I code it as 80307 with Z79.891, Z51.81"
Or any website that can help me.
Any help will greatly appreciate
