I am stuck. I'm trying to bill for a presacral neurectomy but the insurance company claims this is an inpatient only procedure and so the how claim is denied. Problem is this wasn't done as an inpatient procedure because I work for doctors that are specialist that do procedures that only 5 doctors in the country even know how to do. any suggestions?:)
