If the Hospital Radiologist bills for the Fluro (76001) but the Surgeon interprets, eg, placement of a stent, can the surgeon charge for the interpretation - as the radiolgist is not in the room.

I too would like to know the answer to this, and these situations. Often the hospital/facility radiologist is getting paid instead of the surgeon, and I've billed w/mod 26. I see it as my doc used the guidance for placement (for example).
