2 separate procedures w/total area less than 100sq cm.

bill one code (15100) for combined area-or two codes with a modifier?

Hi I am trying to discern in burn coding if the buttocks would be considered part of the trunk? Cannot find buttocks in CPT. Any help would be appreciated!!
