I have a patient who came in for first trimester dating ultrasound. The US shows di/di twin gestation, however yolk sac only seen in gestational sac B, no fetal pole seen. single viable IUP, ega 7w4d. My question is do I still code 76801 and 76802 since there are twins but only one viable?

I am new to Maternal Fetal Medicine and have been coding ultrasounds (50-60 per day) for two months now. I would be comfortable coding 76801 and 76802 since it was di-di and both sacs were evaluated, the assessment was no yolk sac = vanishing twin.
