The patient presents to Hospital A for treament of skull fracture and craniotomy done and subdural hematoma removed.

Later after two days the patient goes to Hospital B, where the patient HPI is vomitting and injury to head two days ago, CT exam performed. The impression states head injury...What is the appropriate ICD for the second visit....
