for 2013 the code 83912 has been deleted. My provider does 2C9, 2D6 & 2C19 genetic testing for patients who are on narcotics, anti-depressents, opiods etc. Is it appropriate to bill a 99358 for when the provider is interpreting the test's outcome? I'm not sure about this and would love some advise.
