Wiki Coding help for removal of cervix

Patient had a previous hysterectomy but kept the cervix. The doctor is now going to perform a laparotomy with a removal of the cervix. I looked at code 57530 but it doesn't look like it is appropriate because it looks to be removal throught the vagina. I am confused here. Can anyone clarify this for me?
