We have a patient that is status post gastric bypass surgery. V45.3

With ulcer @ anastamosis, foreign body @ anastamosis, and stricture @ anastamosis. Doc did a dilation Esohpagus by balloon.

What would you advise as the best procedure code to use for gastroenterologist???:o
