Is it possible to bill a 92928 LC with 92921 OM?

Also, does anyone have a Cath cheat sheet for 2014 for office use and hosptial procedures yet that they would share?

You can try and bill for this, but I have seen where some payers will not pay for branches, but some have. So good luck!
