We started to use G2066 as of 2020 for Medicare, other insurances are accepting this code. However BCBS is not recognizing this code and we can not use 93299 because it is deleted in 2020.
What code do you use to bill BCBS in 2020 for remote monitoring of hearth implant. We billed as providers place of service 11.

I have our billing company working on this also. Would like to see if you get an answer. We also have been having denials with the 93298 from Aetna . But they do pay the G code.

We're receiving denials from both MedAdvantage and commercial contracts for Aetna, Regence, Kaiser, UHC, etc. I've just started a project to contact the various carriers and get them educated. I will be including the following information from the ACC in my correspondence. We bill with place of service 11. Good luck!
