hello every one
I do have one quick question when we bill 99215 with 99354 do we need modifier on OV? and 99354 is add on code if provider goes beyond the time for 99215 is that right? please help

99354 is no longer the extended time code for the office visit.

And no, you should not need a modifier on the office visit when billed with the prolonged service code.
