I could use some help coding this as my boss has done a new procedure in office that I am unfamiluar with. Notes as follows: Under sterile conditions, 10 cc of blood was drawn from the left antecubital fossa. It was then spun down to yield 2 cc of PRP. This was injected to the point of maximal tenderness of the right elbow lateral epicondyle. An 18 gauge needle was used to draw and inject. The patient tolerated the procedure well. I have placed him in a tennis elbow strap and asked him to wear it full time for 3 weeks. We will reevaluate him in 3 weeks to see whether he has had any improvement.
Diagnosis is RT elbow lateral epicondylitis and elbow pain long history
