I have a physician who had to remove 2 ribs during a surgery and insterted metal struts in the place of the ribs and I am having trouble finding the correct code(s) to use for the insertion of the metal struts. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I had a feeling I would have to use an unlisted code, however my next question, do you have any idea what code it would be closest to as far as WRVU vaulues?
