Please help, got "fired" ( they moved my job out of state) before dealing with this, I need to see documentation for any hospital visit and am arguing with my doc about this, they say if they give me the E/M and dx for a follow up I don't need to see any dictation, I saying I DO need to see it, I'm not very trusting on the hospital visits. Thoughts? Am I asking the impossible or am I wrong? Thanks for help.

Thank you Debra, and I knew this but was doubting myself on these hospital visits, these doc have not been held accountable for a long time (I've only been here 6 months) so I will continue my fight. Thanks for the reassurance!
