Hi there:

I've got an IVR note where the catheter and PTA and stent placement were all performed thru an existing indwelling infusion catheter.

Do I code the lower extremity vessel catheterization codes at all as the infusion catheter was in place prior to this encounter. I've searched the internet and couldn't find a similar scenario to get an answer.
