Wiki Coding MUA - 22505

I am looking for some coding expertise on MUA of the spine 22505. The code description reads "any region". My question is: If they physician manipulates more than one region (ie thoracic and lumbar) can you list 22505 more than once? If you can would you need to append modifier 59 to the code?

Any help would be appreciated.

Manipulation of spine requiring anesthesia, any region, should be reported only once, for any and all regions manipulated on that date.
