Wiki Coding multiple breast biopsies

Does anyone know, in order to code multiple Breast biopsies, is it based on the number of incisions or each mass/lesion? Example: Lt Breast 2 o'c middle depth and 2 o'c posterior depth.

You would code 19120 one time unless the surgeon has to make separate excision's for each lesion. Then you would code as follow's
19120
19120-59 for each additional lesion
I also put the the location in my note's.
