How would you code a neuropsych If someone has been referred for a neuropsych evaluation because they were born prematurely and think they may have cognitive deficits but there were no deficits found. If you code Z03.89 it won't get paid.

Well, certainly add the P07* code for the prematurity.

What does the evaluation report conclude? Code that after the Z and P07 codes
