Hello - I a new to OB/Gyn and I have run across the code OB 001. I have not found anything on this and wanted to know if any one can clue me in. Thanks!

Without seeing the source, I'm guessing that it indicates this is the first OB visit counted towards the global obstetric package. See coding guidelines for obstetrical care that discuss how to bill for antepartum care only, 1-3 visits, 4-6 visits and 7 or more visits, etc.:)
