Coding patient with long term history of Chewing Betel Nut

Has anyone ever tried coding for a patient who is advised to stop chewing Betel Nut (Betel Quid)?

I did some research and, basic find is that,

-it is popular in Asia / Pacific Region
-causes Oral Cancer
-on one site http://www.livestrong.com/article/129158-effects-betel-nut-chewing/ it states it's a "psychoactive product"

Can I use F19.20 Other psychoactive substance dependence, uncomplicated?

What's throwing me off is that it is a nut from a tree (cultivated) and not manufactured / synthetic (like heroin).

Your time and suggestions are much appreciated.
