If you code 45385 for polyp removal and there was a cold bx taken of a colon mass in a different location can the 45380 be coded and billed also?
 
I have coded and billed them both at the same time, if your documentation supports the 2 separate types bill with mod 59. depending on the carrier your supporting documentation will need to be submitted with claim. hope this helps :)
