we had one female 14 years old patients come to the clinic with lump in breast. Clinician diagnosed Fibrocystic breast. There is ICD 9 code is 610.1 but when i am looking ICD 10 code for that, than N60.19. But this code id only used for adult population. And here my patients is 14 years old, my system doesn't allow me to use that code. So, Could you please help me , what should I do? Is there any other code available for Pediatrics age for Fibrocystic Breast?

I am not sure if this a great answer for you, but have you asked the doctor that diagnosed the patient if unspecified lump of the breast was suitable since there is no age limit listed for N63? I don't know if you have access to your doctors but if you don't I would at least try to pass with that code!
