How would you code Lumbosacral myalgia secondary to a hit from behind with Motor Vehicle Accident.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
If the myalgia was "due" to the motor vehicle accident, I would go with 959.19.
However, in order to determine the E-code for the accident, further clarification is needed as to whether this was a recent car accident or happened a while ago. (ie: late effect?)
