Is it possible to submit 74181 and 74183 together on one session? Has anyone had any success in billing these together?

CCI edits bundle 'without' contrast exams into 'with' contrast exams when both are performed on the same day. Even if exams are performed at separate enounters, only one exam ... a with and without should be billed.
