:Hi everyone,
I am an instructor for a small college and for a project my students had come up with a question. For this case, they would like to know how to go about coding this:
Patient delivered 6 days ago, she is being admitted because of dehiscence of her cesarean woud. The wound was sutured.
This is a way to show them that they are not alone when trying to code.
