Wiki Coding Question..please help

:eek: I'm having trouble with a procedure one of my Docs did. He did a Core Decompression of the left hip.
He made 5 small holes into the femoral head trying to concentrate in the superior, anterior and lateral portions of the head. This will encourage bone growth and blood growth back to that portion.
Our previous coder used cpt code 27161. I think there has to be something better.
Any ideas?
