New to physical therapy and need assistance please. Pt is status post hip replacement & comes to outpatient physical therapy for rehab per the treatment plan by approved physician. Services provided, 15 min of whirlpool therapy, 8 minutes of ice packs and 20 minutes of therapeutic massage.

I think the CPT codes are: 97022, 97010 & 97124
DX: V43.64, V54.81 & V57.1

Any help is greatly appreciated.
