Urethral meatal dilation with genitourinary sounds, cystoscopy, right ureteral stent removal, right retrograde study, right ureteroscopy. what cpt code should be applied?
 
Look for a combination code that includes the stent removal and shows the study/scope bundled with it it. Be sure to read the notes at the beginning of each coding section in the book to see what qualifies as a separate procedure to be coded.
