Are you able to code for possible fractures? It still confuses me. I figured you can't but then if not, is there another code you use for it? :confused:
 
If you are coding for the physician or facility outpatient then you CAN NOT code for possible, probable, suspected, or rule out. You will need to code the symptoms. such as pain, or swelling.
