Does anyone know where I might find a coding quiz I could use when interviewing job candidates? I'm looking for something brief that would give me an idea about coding ability.

Something geared toward pediatrics would be perfect.

Pick a subheading out of the CPT book. But change the question around. For example the eye or ear section.

Don't forget ICD-9

Depending on the speciality within peds, if any, you may want to pick out questions from Chapters 14 and 15 in ICD-9. Nothing too hard, but will also give you idea of the candidate's knowledge.
