I'm new at coding for ortho and radiology. I have a claim that I'm coding 73130, LT & 73140,76,F1. It's hitting a CCI edit that the 73140 is a component of 73130 and a modifier needs to be applied. I have applied the 76 & F1 and it's still hitting the edit.

Am I missing something???

I think your 76 may be wrong. you are not repeating the same series of films. Depending on the insurance carrier you may try a 59 or just use the F1.
