Coding resources for CPT specific global surgery package guidelines

Does anyone know if there is a book or online site where I can lookup a specific CPT i.e. 19380 and it will list all procedures that are already included in that package? For example a colleague was able to share one of hers with me for an Ortho code: I am looking for something similar for Plastic Surgery mainly breast and hand procedures.
