Hi,

Does anyone know the correct code when a patient comes into the ED for a SAFE exam with the SAFE nurse. We are debating whether Z14.40 or T76.2--- should be used. Z14.40 is ruled out in the coding book while T76.2--- is suspected. Any input is greatly appreciated!
