What would be the appropriate coding for the below cases. Services are being provided by a Health Center not a OMH Center.
1. Conducting therapy with a child (40 minutes), also meeting with the parent afterwards (15 minutes) to monitor the child's behavior at home and discuss the child's progress in therapy?
2. Speaking to social worker for 30 minutes for a participating pt, provide recommendation and treatment. What code do you recommend.
3. Two female children who young are sisters, attend 1x/week psychotherapy with therapist. They are individual patients treated for different symptoms and behavioral problems. However, recently the two sisters have been engaging in a great deal of physical and verbal conflicts with one another. If they are seen together for sibling-conflict therapy, how does one code for this?
