I've notice when our office bill commercial insurance for Screening and Diagnostic mammogram with tomosynthesis same day, Cpt code is 77063 is always denied for "procedure code incidental to primary procedure". (99213, 77067-59/77063, 77066-GG/77062) Any input would be helpful with the denial reasoning, or am I using incorrect modifiers when billing commercial insurance.
