I'm trying to code Sepsis and the documentation states S/P Sepsis due to Cellulitis. The Sepsis would be coded as history of based on the documentation, correct?

If you are still actively treating the sepsis, then it would still be coded as current sepsis. If sepsis is no longer being treated, but cellulitis is, then code to appropriate cellulitis. Otherwise, then yes, it would be coded as history.
