ARE (92014) AND (92134) BUNDLED? ANY HELP OUT THERE. WILL NEED DOCUMENTS TO SHOW MY ADMINISTRATORS THE TIME SPENT IN THESE TYPE OF SCENARIOS...

I wouldn't think these codes would be bundled. I can't find anything that says you can't code them together.

One is an office visit, the other a test. They are not bundled.

Bundling is a matter of reimbursement policy and can vary from payer to payer, though most payers do generally follow the NCCI edits, which you can find through the link below. Under NCCI, these two codes do not bundle.

As stated above, they aren't bundled and there isn't anything within the 92014 code description which says a computerized retinal laser scan is included in that code. If your administrator is saying that they are bundled, they need to get properly educated about coding if they're going to make decisions which cost the practice income because of incorrect knowledge of coding.
