Wiki Coding visit due to milk allergy

If patient comes in to the office to have test to check if allergic to milk because a week before the patient got a rash after drinking milk.
What ICD 9 codes should I use.
Should I code V15.02(personal history of allergy to milk) or do I code the dermatitis even if patient does not currently have dermatitis.

You cannot code the rash since it is no longer present nor is it being treated at this encounter. I would use screening codes since that is the reason for the encounter
